Heart of Humanity
An Introduction to the
Healing Path of Dunisha
Heart of Humanity introduces Dunisha; a modern philosophy and psychospiritual approach to therapy that teaches people how to heal patterns of conflict and suffering. Through down-to-earth teachings and practices taught in this book, inner peace that may have once felt impossible to experience becomes an achievable reality.
Heart of Humanity was chosen as the title because it captures the author’s deep respect for humankind, and the idea that at humanity’s heart resides an untapped potential for self-actualization. Once unlocked, it can usher in an era of harmony on our planet. Dunisha may point the way, but it does not require anyone to be anything other than what they already are—a human being.

Holistic Therapy
& Spiritual Care
Holistic therapy and spiritual care often go hand in hand, as both emphasize the importance of addressing the whole person, including their spiritual well-being, alongside their physical, emotional, and mental health. It involves providing support, guidance, and resources to help individuals explore and nurture their spiritual beliefs, values, and practices. The aim is to help individuals connect with their inner selves, explore existential questions, find purpose and meaning in their lives, and cultivate a sense of peace and harmony.
Providers of holistic therapy and spiritual care often approach their work with compassion, empathy, and respect for the individual's beliefs and values. They may incorporate aspects of spirituality into therapy sessions, discussions, or interventions as appropriate, always ensuring that the individual feels comfortable and supported.
